What Human Rights is ?

Human rights are those ethical and legal rights which all the people of the world can claim as human being. These rights are not confined to any particular country. These are not limited to a particular area or boundary. These are infinite and universal .Every man in the world is born with these rights nationally. Human rights crimes and corruptions are basically based on International Human Right Crime Prevention Foundation.

In a word it is voluntary welfare organization against crimes and corruption that happens due to violation of human rights. This foundation starts its activities since 2008 in Bangladesh . It publishes its anti corruption based news in different newspapers and letters. Thus it provides necessary direction to the law enforcing agencies of the government relating to corruptions and crimes.

Ideals and Objectives of Human Rights: This Foundation provides the following functions. It provides legal assistance to the distressed and poor community of the world. It maintain vigilant against all activities relating to anti human rights and violation thereof, it reviews activity relating to human rights of Bangladesh and internationally and violation thereof. It collects reports of corruptions as regards human rights. It provides factual information and data on crimes and corruptions to the respective authority of Bangladesh as well as to the International authority.In order to minimize the attitude to crimes and corruption it identifies the criminals and provides legal assistance to the complainers and thus it protected hundreds of families from disaster. The worker of human rights have been lunching their campaign against oppression on women , money deceivers, land occupiers, illegal sex business with women folk, fake medicine factories, fraud manpower business. In addition to these the members of this organization have been trying to undergo the illegal activity of the illegal gas and water connections and preparing lists of the offenders. This foundation has been lunching their campaign to identify the adulterant food manufacturer and users of formalin in rolling fish and users of chemicals to ripe green fruits. The Founder Chairman / Managing Director / Chief Director of the Head Office conducts and controls these activities and if necessary, such control may be made from any other places. As per rules the Vice Chairman , Secretary General, Finance Secretary, International Affairs Secretary, Facts finding Secretary, Director Investigation , Social Welfare Secretary, 11 Executive members being attached to their respective responsibilities can conduct the activities of this Foundation.

Principles of the Foundations: The Fundamental Principal of the foundation is that, a proud citizen of the state will build up his country eradicating crimes and corruptions from all phases of the society and creating a crime free environment and thus he will encourage the people towards public awareness.

The Executive members/ members of the foundations are committed to build up a sound and constructive society for the greater interest of the nation and state as well.

Why the membership of International Human Right Crime Prevention Foundation?

In order to build up a preventive forum against all the illegal and corrupted activities as regards prevail ability dealing law and order situation, violence, criminals, activists, brave , oppression on men and women and children illegally, black marketing, illegal water connection, gas connection, early marriage, sex business in the residential houses and hotels, unsocial activities, drug addiction, its sale and purchases, activities of fake documentations and its collaboration , fraud manpower business, the conductors of fake manufacturing goods, manufacturer of adulterant oil, Mobil. It creates public awareness. In this circumstances the Foundation, in order to provide all possible assistance and cooperation to the law enforcing agencies and above all for the greater interest of the state it is decided to form committees throughout the country in each district , upazilla and thanas.

Including persons interested to work in the aforesaid portfolios are requested to apply to the Chairman /M.D/ Chief Director/ to apply in the forms printed by the authorityalong with two passport size color photograph , one fro to keep in office and one for the head office, attested SSC certificate by chairman, one character certificate from the chairman. But it is to note that nobody can apply for membership who are convicted, drug addicted, mad, insane etc. If application already submitted will not be accepted. The authority have decided to offer different advantages and facilities to the appointed honorable employees. For the greater interest of the nation and country the relative subjects will be considered as prestigious The relative law enforcing authority will look after the representative/ members working on duty in the circumstances relating to crimes and corruptions.

Rules for the members of International Human Right Crime Prevention Foundation:

Cost of Form for the members: Tk. 200/- along with more Tk. 2500/- are to be deposited in the funds accounts. And if so he will get membership of the Foundation provided that he is a good citizen and sound. In order to implement the objectives of the foundation each employee will give an identity card and at the end of the year he is to renew the card with a renewal fee of Tk. 1000/-.
